Established alongside Severn Run High School in 2024, The Wirewolves competed in our first season, REEFSCAPE, marking the start of our journey. Guided by our founding advisor, Zara Simpson, The Wirewolves built not only our first competition robot, but also our team leadership structure, and commitment to collaboration and innovation. Despite being a rookie team, we made a strong impression by earning the prestigious Rookie All-Star Award at the Severn, Maryland district event, recognizing our growth, impact, and potential within the competition and the FIRST community.
